Meet the Endangered Species<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;<strong>Amur Leopard:<\/strong>&nbsp;With fewer than 100 left in the wild, this big cat is one of the most endangered species on Earth. Poaching and habitat destruction are the biggest threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;<strong>Orangutan:<\/strong>&nbsp;Known as the \u201cperson of the forest,\u201d orangutans are critically endangered due to deforestation for palm oil plantations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;<strong>Vaquita:<\/strong>&nbsp;This small porpoise, native to the Gulf of California, is teetering on extinction because of illegal fishing practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These species\u2014and countless others\u2014need urgent help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"How-You-Can-Help\"><strong>How You Can Help<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s how you can help prevent an extinction event:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Adopt-an-Animal\"><strong>Adopt an Animal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Many conservation organizations offer symbolic adoptions.
