We're Coming to England June 22-28

If you’re in England and want an up-close-and-personal demonstration of a digital asset management system that’s built to make your life easier, read on!

Amnon Sarig, CEO of mSoft Inc., will be in England June 22-28 to show off the new MusicCue 3.0 and ServerSound 3.0 systems. These great new DAM systems were officially launched in the US at NAB in April but now they’re available internationally and we want to invite you to see them for yourself.

MusicCue and ServerSound are the most comprehensive products designed specifically for the entertainment community. They make it easy for you to search, sort, audition and track files you want in your production. They eliminate the need for a roomful of CDs, they work with every major workstation on the market and they’re very affordable.

Amnon’s time is limited so call today to guarantee we can set aside some time to visit your studio. We’ll show you what the system can do, how much effort it will save and why hundreds of other studios around the world consider it integral to their own success. It’s your turn to simplify things. Book today – it’s free!

London's 750MPH Upgrades Its mSoft System

Somewhere there’s an audio engineer flipping through song descriptions and CDs looking for just the right snippet. Somewhere, but not at 750MPH in London. Since the award-winning audio post facility switched to mSoft’s ServerSound digital asset management system several years ago, the whole creative process has become significantly easier.

“Finding just one sound effect [manually] can take 10 minutes,” says Ben Mason, technical engineer at 750MPH. “With the mSoft server you can maybe find all the SFX you need for the session in that time.”

Maybe that explains why this UK audio post production/sound design facility opted to update its existing mSoft ServerSound to the latest IDE RAID array system with 1TB of audio storage and simple workstation interface of ServerSound 3.0.

“We have had the system for about four years now, and in that time it has proved very reliable, making my job as technical engineer a lot easier,” Mason says.

In addition to the update, 750MPH opted to add a ServerSoundStorm with 10,000 sound effects from SoundStorm and 50 hours of production music from Audio Networks PLC. That gives them Oscar-worthy SFX and music.

750MPH is known for quality and so are we. Sounds like a match made in heaven!

Grey Advertising Installs mSoft ServerSound 3.0

Grey Advertising New York is replacing its ServerSound system with the current small form factor mSoft ServerSound 3.0, adding additional storage capacity and upgrading the software and interface. The old system, which was installed about 5 years ago, has worked well for the venerable ad agency, but it was time to upgrade to take advantage of mSoft's latest technology.

One of the benefits to the new system is increased expandability. If Grey decides it needs more storage, the new technology allows the company to swap for larger hard drives or simply add additional systems on site. As with all mSoft digital asset management systems, the new ServerSound 3.0 system makes it easy to share digital, production quality audio across the network.

Fischer Edit Goes With an mSoft ServerSound Lite

Fischer Edit in Minneapolis, whose post-production work with major ad agencies has resulted in award-winning commercials, anticipates installing a new mSoft ServerSound Lite SFX system. According to Fischer’s Mario Szewczuk, the facility expects to reap dividends based on a new, efficient workflow: “Offline editors can scroll through our library of sound instead of flipping through books.” This is just what he was looking for at the recent NAB show in Las Vegas.

Mario knew this is what he needed once he saw the demo at the mSoft booth. mSoft’s new digital asset management systems allow everyone in a facility to peruse everything in the library without leaving their workstations, and without regard to what type of workstations the facility has installed. Searching, sorting, auditioning, downloading and tracking are all handled quickly and easily right from the console. It saves time and makes the creative process much more… creative.

With so many features, Mario says, “It’s extremely valuable.” We couldn’t have said it any better.
